Luxurious Kimono Suit "Nishijin Omese"
The term "Omese" originates from the garments favored by the 11th Tokugawa Shogun, Ienari, known as "Shogun's attire".
"Nishijin Omese" is a pre-dyed traditional fabric produced in Kyoto's Nishijin district. It features silk woven with pre-treated and pre-dyed threads, characterized by the use of "Omese weft" threads that create a special texture.
Known for its elegant luster, it's not overly flashy but possesses a sophisticated, premium quality that appeals to connoisseurs. It masterfully combines the cherished traditional techniques of old Japan with a contemporary style.
Please enjoy its charm to the fullest.
We use precious fabric designated as a traditional craftwork and showcase an elegant luster by applying a complex gold Dalmatian pattern.
