Our company will establish a personal information protection management system based on our management philosophy of ""always walking the right path as a human being."" Recognizing the importance of protecting personal information in conducting our mail-order business and other operations, we will appropriately protect and manage the personal information we handle.

We will not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the predetermined purposes of use and will take measures to ensure this. Additionally, our company will handle personal information in compliance with the Japan Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001:2006 "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements," as well as relevant laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.

  4.  We will provide training on handling personal information to all employees, including executives, at least once a year.
  5.  We will conduct audits of internal regulations and their compliance status at least once a year.
